Working prperly for now. Quality also feels decent. However, if you put too much stuff between the breads, the lid becomes difficult to close although I have managed it. Just wondering if it will break someday. the upper lid hinges could have been more sturdy perhaps (just my feeling). Another thing, in the user manual, its wrongly mentioned to wait for green light to go off for preheating to complete. But the system is just the opposite. The green light comes on when preheating is complete. The company should correct their grammer in the user manual. But for the price, its a nice product. No problem so far.

Writing the review after using it for almost one and a half year
Pros:
Toast the sandwich well
Cable is long enough
Two indicators are there to know when the toaster is ready to use and when toast is done
Cons:
Not at all easy to clean as the plates are non detachable.
A few white patches are appearing on the inner plates since very first usage, may be the non stick coating is coming out, which is not expected from a brand like morphy richards. This happened even when each time proper oiling was done before using it
Because in a nonstick kitchen appliance coating is the main thing it should be of very good quality otherwise the product is useless. So if someone is thinking to buy it then i would suggest to search for some other brand.

This is an awesome product. I am writing this review after using it for 11 months. I am fond of eating nicely stuffed
Pros: 1. It looks very classy and is sturdy.
2. Makes perfect crunchy sandwiches every single time.
3. Very easy to clean.
4. Very quick.
5. Equally bakes both the sides of sandwich.
Cons: None
In pictures I have used full size sandwich bread and stuffed it nicely(didn’t use butter or anything for greasing). Just a corner comes out from the side(that is nothing as compared to other sandwich makers that I used earlier). Doesn’t compress the bread. Gets cleaned just by a single wipe of tissue paper.
I would recommend it to everyone. I have become this company’s big gan after using chopper by the same company….that is also amazing.

Although the product is good, I received a broken piece. Unfortunately the replacement ordered was also broken. Had no choice but to get it refunded.

I was using this make (Morphy Rechards) for the past 10 years. No problems. Once in a week use. The teflon coating started coming out, and hence I decided to replace the old onewith the same brand. Bit costly compared to other brands. Nice fit and finish. Negative part is the no stick teflon coating, which is said to be a health hazard. Since it is used only once in a week, one has to take a calculated risk.
