The stream iron is not working properly and has fault in it. And the return window is also closed now. Please do the needful

First of all I was not aware that it doesn’t work in normal plug points, I had to buy a separate adapter for it.
1. It started leaking the moment I poured water into it (it comes with a measurement cup, so used it… definitely not too much water)
2. calcium deposits come out as soon you set it horizontally.
3. The steam function does not work.
4. And it’s got a quite cheap looking finish.
Not something I expected from this brand. Disappointed. Would not recommend it.

After usage of 20 to 25 days…steam is leaking from the nozzle (used for filling the water).even after few minutes the steam in the water leaking from the nozzle side.
