After 2 month of usage, Good Build quality, deliverd product with good packing & with good condition, no Wear & tear, no trolly required for washing machine it has built in roller wheel at bottom, little bit vibration on dryer because of high speed. Rest of Good & Best to buy, Good product by India.

After using of 15 days this is my review for Onida. Simply amazing 🤩 value of money 💲💰, no second thing to explain about it washing and drying does perfectly.

Customer service of the company is bad I had purchased the washingmachine and I wanted the technician to demonstrate the working of the machine, every day the customer service department used to say that the technician will come in 48 hours… very bad impression about the company, plus the amazon people as they do not send the technician fir demonstration. Please don’t buy electric and electronic products from online companies such as amazon.. no accountability.
The body of the machine is very bad… and very different to what is shown in the picture…. misleading picture and information of the machine…
The company advertises the product saying it has a air dryer… however the clothes do not dry in the dryer…. it only rinses the water off the clothes….
I would suggest not to buy products such washing machine, TV, fridge etc from online sources as half the information is misleading.
I mean they advertise saying the machine has a dryer… but there is no dryer in the machine such a fooling around information the company provides…
