Missing in sim removed pin and back cover is a mobile box kit.

The phone and adapter heated up too much that we couldn’t hold it while charging for the first time and the sim slot isn’t opening. The technician said it is normal which was strange and when we said about the sim slot he asked us to take it to a mobile shop and showed zero interest in helping out. Amazon customer care also never got connected to talk to.

Oppo Reno 7 5g is best phone bcoz it gives better battery life, good cameras, better display but one weak point is heating in back panel during downloading a large file.
Whenever i download any movies more than 20gb size, my oppo reno 7 5g always recieved the heat in backside. Once i was downloading a Hollywood movie name “Top Gun: Maverick” which’s size was 78gb, during the download period my phone (Oppo Reno 7 5g) my its peak of heating and i was afraid of blast but movie was downloaded in around half hour bcoz of 5g speed but one more thing i noticed that, while i was watching that movie (Top Gun: Maverick) my oppo Reno 7 5g again heated up, looks like heavy load on processor.
