Cooler Quality is really premium. Honeycomb Pad replacement will be very easy.
But,
Seller has shipped with out wheels & no auto fill floating valve.
I am expecting replacement of those accessories

The media could not be loaded.
This product comes with huge manufacturing defect as its wheel is directly attached to the water tank and when the weight of the water tank falls on the wheels the water tank bursts from the side of the wheels and water leaks. I lodged a complaint , but the company said that it will not be covered under warranty and guarantee.There is a huge manufacturing defect. Orient engineers should think about this and improve it

Really waste of money to buy this company products. You can buy Symphony or hindware any other good brand but please don’t buy this Orient kind of things it’s waste of money waste of things nothing will come no cooling nothing
