The media could not be loaded.
Grinding rode of blender has moved out. Extremely unreliable and poor quality product along with Extremely poor service experience. First of all, customer service contact provided with this product is out of service number. Customer service number provided on their website is also not responding. I had lodged complaint through email. Orpat has responded after 4 days and provided mobile number of orpat service center of Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad service center is also not responding.

Great product. Gets a bit warm as soon as you start using. Whisk attachment received of another model. Unable to get in touch with manufacturer for replacement.

Its a very good product with all useful accessories included in one pack. 250 Watts is enough for home use. Good stand / wall mount with drawer and 4 blades given are of good usability. Overall best product.

Have been using this for more than a year now. Blender works perfectly and get desired results in seconds. The only drawback is chopper will not work properly if less quantity of veggies are there.

Chopper stopped working within a month. poor design and plastic quality, the part burnt and now the chopper is lying useless. Better buy other brands. Product is under warranty but the company expects me to take it all the way to their service center which is 30-35 km far. This is when I stay in Delhi. They have only two service centers, both at the outskirts. Just think what if some other city.
