Brought ac last year.till 1 yr got leakage from condenser,front coil,back coil.Fortunately i had taken a extended warranty.Support is also pathetic lots of chase is required.I would never prefer to buy any panasonic product in future.

Don’t buy this ac after one month use my electric bill is 10800₹ and ac fan seep in slow after one month and water leak from outdoor unit

The cooling is great and chilling
The features are great like AI mode which works really great,the convertible modes works really good and nanog is also good.
And the most important thing the electricity consumption is really low.

Well designed and good quality product. I like new technology with matured features. Panasonic A/C fits in both of them. Good air throw and powerful silent operation makes it a good choice.
One observation, if in panel display is ON and sleep mode is selected, the display remained ON and is high brightness. High display brightness is good for day and when room lights are ON but hurts eyes when going to sleep and room lights are OFF.

Pathetic quality of material used. The indoor unit’s coil got leaked right after 2 years. The service center’s experience was also very bad.
After getting that repaired from service center which costs 4000 & 1 month repair warranty, it again leaked after few months. All they ask you is to buy AMC only.
Customer care is of no help, they just make you talk to service center for any query or issue.
