I think I made a right decision buying this AC.
It was orderedfor 3 years but has come for 16 years. Package –
Initially vaccume pump was not brought but upon insisting they did vaccume. AC is doing well

We got purchased with exchange of our window ac. It’s performance is good as regard to its cooling & the consumption level of energy is quite efficient. But at the start & stop level there is a peculiar sound produced. Thar apart it’s a good product.

We bought this AC around two months back. It has been working well and can be controlled by Amazon Alexa, which is a nice feature. I love the horizontal swing. There is a little bit of sound but it is not very noticeable.

Pros
1. Does it’s job well. Cooling is fast.
2. Remote is small n cute
3. Installation was done with 24 hours
4. Service person was good.
Cons
The biggest disadvantage is that the USP of the product MirAle app which allows user to program userwise customised temparature settings that works through phone without remote control DOESN’T WORK WITH 5G network. You need both wi-fi and phone on 4G network.
I don’t have 4G handset hence, my demo couldn’t be done.
If you are thinking of paying extra money to use this feature please buy an old handset with 4G network and downgrade ur wi-fi.

This was our third AC from Panasonic the service and product do work great except the smart app which needs a lot of effort to be put in to improve it, once you open the app and adjust the settings relatable to the AC or heater it just frezzes next time you try to open it which is a bit annoying tbh and the plastic parts quality needs to be improved quite a lot just by general use like opening the panel for the filters they get just broken off with slight pressure and the installation by the technicians should also be improved where yes they do attend but they don’t make a clean job although it is done just once it’s fine but sometimes they really do take extra measures to get the work done which is commendable and I really appreciate it, so overall improve the parts quality and software for the smart app.
