pros:
1. Easy to use.
2. electricity consumption- low..(use daily) observed not much diff in before n after buy.
3. small or limited clothes- no vibration..
4. set water level.. as per our preference if needed.
5. noise level for small or limited clothes- less noise. 58 to 65db.
6. child lock-( sometime won’t work , may be i tried less)
7. very good brand and provided demo n installation within 30min of product delivery..
8. spinning is very nice, clothes almost feel like a 50-70% water gone..
9. very nice in size and design.
10. nice in look and color..
11. packaging also very nice from panasonic.
12. overall service also very nice in professional way. Love panasonic products…
13. provided gentle wash net after product delivery as per conversation with dealer it is not avail with this prod but they managed this bcz it was present in desc at the time of placing an order.
14. wifi is working after multiple tries(at start of 1-3months not worked), but it is useless.
15. lint filter very nice.
16. all programs are useful, tried all max time 85 minute n min 34 min.
cons:
1. wifi is just for marketing, wifi connection has its own rules…😁 99.99999999% you’ll fail.
2. wrost mirale app …not supporting to iphone.
3. small inlet. same with every brand.. not an issue i bought again as per my requirement.
4. small outlet, bought again as per my requirement.
5. no washing powder with product.
6. distance at bottom is very less.
7. smart lid- again a marketing..
8. moderate support from delivery guys..
9. i feel product verification at the time of delivery and declining from amazon is just a trap..
10. observed the actual time is high compared to screentime.
11. no water pressure alert
12. little bit high vibration if you use heavy cloths(chadar/towel)
13. noise increase when it rotate clothes

Rubbish Company, Rubbish after sales services. Don’t this company’s products. I facing problem with this company for more than last 6 months.

I tried everything. The washing machine only gets registered/linked to the Alexa device but does not support any functions.
