Ordered this Panasonic 7kg washing machine after going through a lot of reviews (both eCommerce and online) and the decision seems to be excellent.
Likes:-
1. Delivery and installation was very quick.
2. Excellent build quality with an attractive look and feel.
3. Soft closing lid works like a charm.
4. Wash quality is top notch. No residue of detergents or lint was found on the fabrics after washing.
5. Very silent operation and almost zero vibration while spinning. (If any one facing vibration issue it’s because the machine is not levelled properly on the floor. Adjust the level by using the front right side adjustable leg)
6. Useful program modes for regular day to day use.
7. Child lock mode (Lid open alarm will be enabled when child lock is activated and if the lid is kept open for more than 10 seconds, water will get drained automatically for safety reason if the program is not paused).
8. Separate inlet for powder detergent, liquid detergent and fabric conditioner.
Dislikes:-
1. No direct customisable program modes for setting wash, rinse & spin time (But from the available program modes we can select the suitable ones and use as per time requirement of wash, rinse and spin time. Just need to get a good know-how about working of each modes).
2. LED indicator against current selection of program and current running mode (wash, rinse & spin) could have enhanced the UI experience (Program number is displayed on the digital LED panel when selecting the program initially and goes of when selected program starts)
The above mentioned two dislikes points are just additional features which could have improved the user experience but in no way it is affecting the ultimate aim of the machine, ie the excellent wash quality and smooth operation.
Overall, in the price for which it is offered, it is a total value for money product and that too from a reliable brand like Panasonic.
These are the initial impressions and anticipating the same smooth operation in the long run.
I will update in this space if any glitches are faced in future.

Pro :
1. Cleaning is good.
2. Just power off the machine and brush 2/3 time on collar sleeves area after washing cycle and you can get complete cleaning
3. You can literally save a lot of water by draining RO waste water to this washing machine.
4. If you soak your cloths for 1 hour in detergent. Quick wash mode literally does cleaning, rinsing & drying in 20 mins.
5. If you manually set water value to minimum you can wash small cloths with 1-2 bucket water.
6. Self balancing.
7. Noise level is very low.
Con:
1. No delay program for brushing. You have to manually switch off the machine, brush & then restart.
2. No indication light to identify which, program or to what level is set.
3. There is belt burning smell comes from machine after 1 hour of use .
4. Liquid detergent is good for washing and economy, Consumes more powder detergent .
5. Use hard detergent for heavy cloth.
