This is the worst washing machine which i purchased on 08-06-2020, at Adishwar, Jayanagar, Bangalore. The sale executive recommended and assured me for the best service provider by Panasonic since it’s a Japan company. After 8 months so the issues start.
Issue No.1. front side paint start to peel, for which i issued a complete with customer care, regarding this. The service was attended but not solved, they denyed to replace the front panel and blamed me for using acid on it. Later i bought this issue to the company face book site, where they attended it and replaced.
Issue no.2. dated 22.03.2023, know washing machine is not under warranty. So there was a noise all for the sudden for the washing machine, i immediately i stopped the machine, found some smoke came out for the detergent tray. Now I call the customer care, the service was attended and came out with serious issue, now they are telling to replace the inner drum, outer drum and front basket which is costing around 13k and which is not available immediately and to get all this will take minimum 15 days.
Soo pls be careful will buying Panasonic.

Mine broke in 3 years.Spider arm broke and smoke come from tub from rubber rubbing against door.Spider arm made of aluminum alloy instead of stainless steel. Will start to corrode the first day of ussage and will break in 3 years. Complete drum replacement is the only solution available. Better buy anither machine. They want us to buy a new machine every 3 years
All companies same. Why pay for expensive brands,Because we belive they will not cheat customer.But panasonic and all major brands do.Its a scam. I will buy the cheapest chineese brand for half price. Good buy pansonic, LG, Samsung..
