Nice Product.
Product setup is very simple. It will take hardly 2-3 minutes to brows all the menus and complete the setup. Nice Battery backup also.
But the range is very poor, hardly 10 mtr. for 2.4 GHz frequency. What is the use of intercom then?
Sound quality is also very very poor. Phone automatically comes to boost mode after 12-15 ft. distance.
A larger display on the base unit was appreciated.
Also the base unit should be equipped with backup battery for power failure.

Product is uder friendly.
Sound clarity is good.
Features are usable. Unnecessary features were avoided.
Elegaint look.
Base unit can be used during power off, provided hand set is on base unit.

While Flipkart’s delivery process was top-notch as always, I was highly disappointed with the product quality.
There was constant static noise (hissing sound) coming out of a call – this was audible only to the caller, not the receiver. Having used cordless phones for at least the last 12 years, I am surprised that they had much better audio quality than the product shipped.
Upon asking for a replacement, sadly the same issue persisted even with the replacement. Utterly dejected, I decided to return the second shipment and ask for a refund.
Kindly avoid this seller.

I like the product. I like the way to change stand to wall hanging mode. wireless range upto 100 feet (rough) I believe. Clear voice and ring tone as well, not explored all features, Need some more time explore. First look very good product

This set is just awesome. I’m using it for more than a month & I’ve no complaints. I’ve used other panasonic phones but this is the best in every respect.

First impressions are quite good. I’m satisfied with the build quality of the base and the handset. It has got a good finish while feeling solid and has a comfortable weight. Buttons on the base are stiff in the beginning but won’t take time getting used to. Installation is straightforward and easy. Speaker and microphone quality and sound are good enough on the handset as well as on the base. This product looks way better than the pictures given here on the website.
Range, battery life, disturbances, any discrepancies in the features, and any problems occuring after using it for a while will be updated in this review after I thoroughly use and test it.

I have ordered KX-TG3811SX, however, KX-TG3811BX was delivered to me. In addition, the package is open and it is not factory sealed. I am not happy with the dealer. However, the phone is working fine, so far.
Pros:
1. Good size display characters.
2. Cordless phone size is handy, doesn’t fall off easily.
Cons:
1. Headset jack 2.5mm. Most of the jacks 3.5mm. I can’t use the headsets I have at home.
2. Power backup works only when the cordless phone is on the base unit. Given that, I have only one cordless unit with this phone, the power backup is useless.
3. Speaker phone volume could be a bit more louder.
4. The keys on the cordless phone are a bit hard to press. Not a big inconvenience though.
Overall, I can’t give more than 3 stars.
