Amazon Customer –
this is my second one , bought one for my mom 6 months and liked it a lot. Even my sister and few other friends have the same mixy which they have been using for like 6-7 years. Bought this specific modal because the 3 jars are normal mill jars with different size no blender jar which is of no use for me

During the last twenty years, we have purchased three of them and observed tremendous reliability of the product with continuous improvement of features. Latest one is excellent but the previous ones are still working.

Panasonic is best. You can easily identify the difference between other mixies and this once u start using. I am a regular customer for panasonic products.

This is my second buy if the same thing- the first one lasted 11 years.. that too with a lot of usage everyday.. this one is the perfect combination of Jars most often used in Indian cooking . The older one I had, had the juicer and smoothie jar which I did not particularly find too useful hence opted for this combo now

Excellent

Good mixer even after 4 years of regular use.
Middle size jar drive mechanism at the bottom cracked and broke recently, seems to be made of plastic and age made it brittle I suppose.
I had to replace the jar from Amazon for about Rs 1100 incl delivery.
Good thing is that all 3 jars seem to be readily available on Amazon, each though for about Rs 900-1000.
Though now I wonder if the other 2 jars also might face the same problem and have to be replaced – if that happens it would be cheaper to buy a new one !

I have been using this mixer for one year now. I have used it for various things like dry grinding masalas, wet grinding masalas, chutney, dosa batter almost every day.
The motor is quite powerful and blades are effective which means that you get the job done quickly. The motor is not very noisy.
I think the weak point of this mixer is dry grinding. If I remember right, the manual recommended that the middle size jar should be used for dry grinding which makes no sense. I tried it and the grind was not fine enough. Using the smallest jar for dry grinding produces satisfactory results but you need to grind for 20 – 30 seconds then open the jar and mix the contents using your fingers and repeat at least 3 times to get a fine grind. The design of the lid also seems to be flawed because each time you open it, some of the powder falls out no matter how careful you are. Before this I had a Braun mixer whose dry grinder would absolutely blitz any dry masalas in seconds. I think that is because it has a specialised dry grinding jar where as here the small jar is actually meant for chutney.
Inspite of the issues I would say that this is an excellent all round product for the Indian kitchen. You would struggle to find a better mixer because. Unfortunately there are not a lot of quality mixers suited for Indian cooking available in the market.
