I have bought the printer but it is defective and there is warranty for one year but there is no replacement and no service is available.

Very dissapointed with both the printer and Amazon
On opening the package, i could see the packaging thermocols were already broken
Thankfully, the printer was undamaged
But, to my shock, i realised that they sent an old and used model.
No original sticky tabs were present
The cartridge had no protective covering/tab to take out before installing as mentioned in their manual/video..
It was not only pre installed, the chip has multiple scratch marks on it, the inside of the printer had toner powder here and there even before first print..
You could easily tell it was not a new cartridge at all
And on the first test print, as expected, there were smudges all over along with lines here and there..
On calling their customer service earlier for some other details, they have no idea about technical specifications and they ask you to contact their WhatsApp number who give no replies at all..so it is probably the worst customer service you’ll get( or not get)
So this printer is not only bound to run into problems, you will never get any kind of support either..
The spare parts are not available either properly..
The cd they sent is all scratched up and doesn’t run..
Driver has to be downloaded..
The program interface is not very intuitive or user friendly either..not very customisable..only a few prefixed options are available..
Copy quality is average with no option to increase the quality.
Scan quality is decent though..
Looks are good, print is fast enough, lightweight ( read cheap parts, non durable, plastic feels it can break with slightest strain)
Affordable yes, but quality and support is non existant..
Definitely do not buy
And do not buy from this seller either, as he is sending used products and refurbished ones and trying to sell as new..
Unfortunately, i have to complain about Amazon too in this case..
Even though i am trying to initiate return on first day, earlier they had hassle free returns policy, but now you have to mandatorily send pics, contact their representative which takes an average of 5 mins over phone..and then when you send the pics, they tell they have not recieved the pictures (multiple times) and essentially the problem is not solved and return not even initiated..
So do not buy this product from this seller or Amazon..
DO NOT buy pantum printers at all..
2 stars ( one star for the potential of decent prints with a proper cartridge..but it probably can’t be refilled easily/ maintain quality)
So in the long run, not cheap either..
Better to go for brother/HP
for inkjet, canon is best..

Bought this as this was cheaper & i blame myself for my choice. It worked well for the first time but unable to print thereafter. Attempts at reaching customer care failed. No response. Why isn’t Amazon stepping in?

Whenever we think of buying a printer, we have think about brands like HP🖨️🖨️, Canon, epson, but we want to give a chance to other brands. After using Pantum M6518NW🖨️🖨️ Series…. I can say that it comes in budget or better than printers like HP, Canon. Yes, I do not know about their service, how is their service, for this they can do know about it… But overall m impressed.🙂🙂🙂

Performance is good.
Look, color, design is very good.
Just opened box, opened lock of cartridge and set in printer, plugged in, installed printer in laptop,
Download app in mobile, and clicked to print.
USB cable is there but i repacked it as wireless print is very convinient thru laptop and mobile.
In last, print copy scan thru wi fi and mobile is only with pantum nw series in this price is no where can be matched!!!
