not able to print at all after few days ofnusage, the printer gets stuck and does not take print command at all. the customer service does not pick up calls for long long time…and hardly Abel to resolve issues

मैं प्रयागराज में रहता हूँ और मैंने 2020 में Pantum M6550N Laser Printer खरीदा था किंतु जब Cartridge को रिफिल करवाया तब से हल्का प्रिंट देने लगा। उसके बाद मैने दूसरी Cartridge खरीदी उसमे भी यही समस्या आ गई। इसके बाद पेज का फसना, पेपर का न खीच पाना इस तरह की समस्याएं आती गई। सबसे बड़ी समस्या इसका सर्विस सेंटर न होना है। कस्टमर केयर में फोन नहीं लगता है। दुःखी हो गया हूँ इस प्रिंटर से। आप सबसे निवेदन है कि Pantum के प्रिन्टर न खरीदें क्योंकि खरीदते समय तो ये प्रिंटर सस्ता लगता है लेकिन बाद में बहुत मंहगा पड़ता है।
