Too many issues !!
The cartridge empties very early.
The drum gets over heated with 60pages, then it start throwing tonner all around.
The cartridge has a chip & as it’s not a popular brand, U can’t over ride it & have to buy a new cartridge, which is also very different to come by.
The service center will not pick-up the phone, if any problem arises.
Basically the after sales service is non existance.
SO GO FOR ESTABLISHED PLAYERS LIKE CANNOT, DON’T GO FOR IT, OR U WILL BE CRYING LIKE ME.

Don’t buy this if you are going to print a lot. I bought it as it said the duty cycle was 60,000 pages per month. Now it’s gathering dust.
A cartridge prints 3000 pages and then stops printing because of a microchip in it. Eve though it still has lots of toner. Then after 12,000 pages the drum stops working. Even though the prints are completely fine. The durm also has a microchip that prevents it from printing.
So you have to keep throwing away fine cartridges and drums to achieve the 60,000 page cycle. And end paying 3 times the cost of the printer itself.

Unfortunately, scanning glass is broken, and i am sure it happened during transportation…so i have requested replacement, and after getting refund I will place another order for the same printer.
one thing, original refill powder shoulb be made available
