It has been just over a year since the purchase was made. Within 2 months of purchase, we had to call the service team to replace the bushes. Now, the steel has cracked, and the customer service has rejected replacement under warranty. Very bad fall in quality from Philips.
Avoid this purchase and save heartburn

Same mixer we were using since 2017. Vary much satisfied. But this time we purchase same model online quality is too worst jars as well as motor simply mention copper it has no power at all. Need to grind long time for a small quantity. Hope after seeing this comment company will look into this problem.
