Got a defective product. Won’t turn on most of the times. Maybe some loose connection. Claiming warranty is a huge task, they could’ve made it easy. Not worth what you pay here. Please do get it from a retail store instead.

The product is good overall and is working.
But when I received the package and opened it I realized it had a scratch on the machine. The delivery of the product looked like the packaging box was shaken which made the product inside the packaging misplaced from its setting inside.

We never expected a branded product will stop working within 2 months of purchase. We got to know the tragic scenerio only after we took this to pigeon service centre. As the product number is not matching with Amazon invoice. Hence the service people said they cannot repair under warranty. Whatever they do repair we have to pay.
