I was making some meat inside of it and the cover would not come off and when it did the boiling water went everywhere and burned my hand terrible product

It’s not 10 litres, it can hold 7.5 litres to the top end, when ever we use cooker we can fill only a maximum of 3/4 level of the container, if you calculate the volume of the lid also it’s not 10 litres

But after first time use, the bottom blackened, though there was enough water. It doesn’t go with washing or scrubbing.
