The idli stands knob is missing

Quality is poor. In the first piece received the bottom foot was not OK and it was replaced. In the second piece received within 2 to 3 time use the plastic handle knob of the bottom plate got broken.
Need Replacement of the knob at the earliest for using the product.
However the basic design of holding the plate with the knob with a simple screw is not a sturdy design as the plastic knob is very brittle. Probably the knob should with a insert moulded nut in which the screw (should be with an insert moulded head for easy screwing and unscrewing) should be tightened, to make a sturdy holding of the plate.

Except the sturdiness, it is easy to use and clean. Weightless, so it is easy to handle as well.
