The unit stopped working completely after 10 days. When charged, it prompts, talking time of 7 hours and when connected to the phone, almost immediately goes off. A total waste of money.

Product in not working properly requested for replacement many times but not getting any support from amazon, and now customer care executive replying that address is missing…. Amazon think i am a fool… I am a regular buyer on amazon already placing many orders if address is missing how i am able to placing new orders…?

電波が悪い、音量マックスにすると音量は聞こえるようですが携帯との距離が鞄と耳ぐらい離れるとノイズで聞こえづらい。耳の所に付いているカバーの様なものが直ぐ取れる。耳の穴にフィットしづらい。がマイナスです。
１２０００円で購入しましたが、後で見たらもっと安く売っている所もありました。今は新しいデザインの物が出ているようです。

Bought this device for 8000+ and the charger was giving trouble from day 1 itself. After 20 days, charging stopped completely, I raised to plantronics support who offered to change the cable without even knowing that where exactly is the fault. Been two weeks, they haven’t sent any cable and have completely stopped responding to emails and tickets. So, the expected life of this 8000/- device is around 20 days.
