I like the design, material, ergonomics of the product. I was rather happy while opening the box and having a last-minute happiness, turned in to a disappointment as the velcro which was being promised to give as an add-on with the product but was missing. I know that must be an general one-to-one conversation. But, kindly try to fulfill customer’s commitment regarding any kind of product your customers buy i.e.; where the products value from Re. 1 to Rs. 999.
