I have been using this kettle for exactly one month only for boiling one cup of water twice a day. Already there are signs of trouble as follows: 1. From the beginning there is unpleasant plastic burning smell even within the short 2
min that it takes to boil water. 2. Intermittent loss of electrical contact between base and kettle. The red light flickers and then goes off and this is becoming more frequent. 3. Kettle is supplied with a 5 amp 3 pin plug and the live terminal becomes so hot in just 2 minutes that it can burn your skin if you touch it. I have not tried loading the kettle to its full capacity. Wondering how much longer the contacts will last?

The product is durable, even on the looks of it. Its very compact as well and hears pretty soon. I love this one.

Steel thickness- 0.4mm good not gr8 . But for faster heating it’s required I personally feel

Handle study Ness – ok could be more sturdy
Boils water in max 3 minutes. Heats water in 1.5 minutes for drinking. Good for travel and home use for boiling water. Easy cleaning inside.
