It’s been one year I have been using this product and there is no complaint or issues occurred yet with the product .
The temperature control is working well , it instantly heats the food or water inside it and the best thing with this kettle is that it is really easy to clean.
I haven’t even been not a single time faced any electric shock problem yet.
The only issue is the cord length is average , it’s not too long .
