The first time I started using this filter was of no great experience to me since the filtration process was very slow. I wanted to dig into the problem and checked everything and I got to know that, the filtration process is actually very fast as the company promises 9 litre in 1 hour. That is true. \nThe problem was in the auto cut feature hole. There was rarely a hole in the auto cut to allow the filtered water to go down the chamber. \nI took a pin and enlarged the auto cut hole a little bit and everything started feeling wonders. \nGreat product. \nTaste is also enhanced plus copper vessel storage.

We have been using this since 2 weeks, now the water is not filtering through the cartridge even though its written we have to change cartridge after 6 months or depends on the water quality. We are using Hyderabad metropolitan supply water which has better quality and we haven’t faced any issues like this with other filters we have used.

Very bad product and the flikart is froud …..I have purchased this proud and the product was damaged…and they didn’t replace my product….please don’t buy this product…they are froud

Post fixing the filter when the water is filled, one might notice there’s a leak from behind the tap. Don’t worry just tighten the tap from outside and you are good to go. \nGoing good till now.

It is quite inconvenient to manage this product. You have to manually pour the water through the top prefilter which gets blocked quickly and has to be replaced frequently. It is quite an effort to daily do water filling manually and may be multiple times if your consumption is high. Water takes time to go through the filter. The main filter inside the tank also needs replacement faster than the co. Claims. In my case it had to be replaced with in 15 days. So recurring expenses are also quite high. Then the outer copper container gets stained because of oxidation,. That doesn’t give a neat feeling too. So overall not a good buy.

This is my 3rd purifier and had same issue. Filter comes with leakage tab and broken upper side of filter. Not happy with this

It worked well for the first 15 days. Then the filtering was delayed. It was very slow, 10 hours to filter the water.\nReached out to Prestige customer care, they said nothing can be done if it exceeds ten days. Only option they offered is to pay Rs 600 for servicing it.\nI was shocked. Because I have many other Prestige products at my home, the service was excellent.\nBut this one is very pathetic, so my suggestion, stay away from this product.\nDon’t buy this. If it stops working after 10 days, you have to pay Rs 600 to fix it. It will be a repeat!
