This is an amazing product. It’s been 2 full years since I’ve been using it and it really helps in the kitchen. I had ordered it solely for my mother since she really cries over onions and then gets a massive headache for it. This tool helps with everything. I especially use the blender tool to make soups. The whisker attachment, I use it to make lassi. Overall good product. Word of caution: Do not use the blender while the soup is still hot because it messes with something inside it and we had to get it repaired. Thankfully we could get the part since Prestige has repair shops everywhere.

In the package the chopper bowl is found cracked . However, all other parts are in good condition. I would like to replace the chopper bowl only instead of returning the entire product.
Anticipating an early action by the seller or the brand.
Overall it is a good product, but users need to handle it carefully.

– Just an average quality product.
– Both tumbler and chopping bowl are low quality plastic. Can be damge easily.
– Blender upper part which carry motor is having nice and soft rubber grip.
– 2 different speed button for easy operating.
– Additional whisking attachment given which also get fitted with blender and be used for quick beating of egg etc.
– Blender blade assembly (the rod) is light in weight. So careful while using in hot liquid or semi liquid.
– One day delivery by Amazon.

The lid of blender jar is very tight and unable to open it

The whisking attachment doesn’t remain firm to its holder…it falls off into the vessel as soon as we lift the motor & its holder. That is an inconvenience. All other components are very useful.
