The product bottom unit got damaged on receipt, even on the replacement part also i got the similar damages. The outer carton box package was good. Next important functional issue was it runs for 5 or 10 minutes, and it stopped. then we have to press and hold the over load switch for more than 10 to 15 minutes. But it never restarts. May be after some 30 to 40 minutes it restarts and run for 5 to 10 minutes and again it stops. It is totally useless product from Prestige. Don’t Buy and Waste your money and time.
MAKHAN VISHWAKARMA –
The first one I got was broken at the bottom. I replaced it with another one, that too was broken. Both looked like they were not broken in transit they were broken before packing. Both might have been broken while fitting the base to the body. It’s ironic that there is a quality-checked sticker on a broken grinder. Prestige is pathetic in quality. Its better to buy a cheaper one instead of

Every 15 mins it heats up and stops and we need to wait 40 mins to whole 1 hour for it to cool down to work again. The issue exist qith small loads and medium loads. The customer complain wasn’t helpful where they told you need to screw the cap on two threads then two threads after 15mins and like that even 1t mins and informs problem rest with usage when these type of usage is never explained in manual neither in amazon experience. Please never buy. Most pathetic service

It was delivered broken two times and totally damaged,total waste of money,I do not know why a company of amazon is selling this brand.0 star I will give prestige name only horrible

The Plastic used for the Motor Cabinet is so delicate and we doubt it cannot hold the weight of 2kgs Grinding Bowl. Prestige Brand should rework on the product Plastic Body
