Firstly the initial
Piece I got was broken. I had raised a return request but the seller on its own sent a new piece as replacement. I continued to use it only to avoid the hassle of returning again.
The product itself is not great. The lights seem to have no significance. Initially the red light glows, then an orange one comes up along with some smoke and much later a green light comes up but it’s not like when the green light is on the waffles are crisp and ready, you may still have to cook more. Secondly the waffles haven’t got crisp for me at all, not sure if I need to cook for much longer to make them crisp. Also the clip with which the handles close comes out easily and can be lost if we don’t take care. I also wish there was an on off button as it is so difficult to plug in the machine after filling the waffle batter. So not a very satisfactory product but I am continuing to use it because reviews were not good for most waffle makers on Amazon ..
