The prestige’s machinery i found very low quality in this induction. It takes a lot of time to cook, one siti of pressure cooker takes about 15 mins to blow on full speed of 1200. It also gives a burning smell when cooking for more than 10 mins on full speed. Today, the machine gave a loud noise and some smoke out and stopped working. It is just 15th day of purchase.

Received it today and so it will be the first impression only. If anything noteworthy happens in future, I will revise or update the review.
1. Bought it because wanted a cheap induction from a reliable brand. Our old induction that lasted for 10 years was also from Prestige. Choose this because the Prestige website also listed this and the low number of reviews of this model made me to believe that its a new model. New models receive longer support usually.
2. Bought this from the TTK Prestige seller (also the manufacturer) and they packed it carefully.
3. It has push buttons and so no chance of touch issue which I was getting from the previous model lately.
4. It has limited features and all works perfectly.
5. It opens in Pressure Cook mode and so starts at 1100 W. It has other modes which uses lower wattage. Since we usually cook at around 300-500 W range, preferred to have set it start at some other mode with lower wattage, but unfortunately that is not possible.
6. Surprisingly it works with almost any steel utensils even without induction base. So, its a bonus.
7. I heard that people are having trouble using it at max wattage. Since we always cook at low wattage, hope that we won’t face such issues.
8. Its pretty lightweight.

Very easy &convenient to use has temperature control and timer function usage .Easy to maintain with energy saving has a 1200 watts power with automatic voltage regulator its Eco friendly and healthy way of cooking makes it a superb choice for your kitchen . Go and get one for yourself

Can be used for general usage like making tea or for keeping something warm. Less power so low heating. Go for 1800 or above
