Easy to use, works as promised. They should have indicator light so that we should know if it is on or off. Other wise super stuff.

the user manual indicates under instructions para 6 that it is to be plugged in to a 120 v AC.
THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE CLARIFICATION AS IN INDIA 220 V IS AVAILABLE.
CLARIFY MOST IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID DAMAGE IF PLUGGED IN TO 220 V.

What could have been an excellent product, did not turn out to be as good as promised. We have not used it yet, but I already know its longevity. It is also made in PRC (assembled in PRC). Not really made in India. The screws came detached from the apparatus, looking like a broken piece but not really broken. We will find out once we switch it on. So far, I am not very happy with this product. I’ll have to see to find out if that can change later.

As the name suggests this is a slow cooker and it takes about 3 hours to cook rice in high and about seven hours in slow.

THE EQUIPMENT TAKES LOT OF TIME TO WARM THE FOOD PRODUCTS.. ESPECIALLY DURING WINTERS (DURING WHICH THE UTILITY OF THE SAME IS SUPPOSED TO BE MAX). HENCE NOT FULFILLING THE REQUIREMENTS..

The bowls are small and geuss would serve for max 3 people.
I think you can update the design such a way that give.. 2 post space and one pan space. So that everything can be done. May be making chapati, omlet or cooking meal.
Currently there’s only pots and that too for small quantity
