Just a loud speaker. Good RGB lights for the party. Not so great but okay

It will be a good value for money production if all the functionalities are working fine.
I had some issues
1. Mic is not working. producing echo all times. Not able to hear clearly.
2. Non of the FM channel got connected. Nothing worked in FM
3. Bluetooth connectivity is bad. I already have 3 PTron speakers / neckbands, All are excellent quality products. Bluetooth will connect without any issues even I am in first floor. But this one I am not able to believe it as a PTron speaker. Bluetooth connection breaks even mobile is within 2 meter range. I never expect this issue.
4. Remote is not working properly, it works as per it’s wish. Will not support when requires.
5. SDHC Member card slot is not usable, Not able to insert a memory card, we have to cut the opening manually. ( I didn’t tried this. Not able to insert memory card).
6. In Mode selection, we are not able to select USB mode. only FM mode and Bluetooth mode alone working in mode switch. To use USB / Memory card mode, we have to manually pull out our memory card / usb, when even we needs to connect. (only fm and bluetooth mode is tagged with mode switch)
7. When you are using USB, not able to charge the speaker. Both USB and charging ports are very close. you have to remove USB pendrive to charge your speaker.
8. Charging cable provided with “10cm Long” with different white color. Color doesn’t matter, But Not sure, how can I connect 10cm long cable with adapter. (very very bad). Useless charging cable.
9. No manual provided with the package.
10. Light will not work, if you switch off/on speaker using remote. Might be the design like that.
I thought, PTron sent the package to me which some one returned. So Initiated the replacement request. Hopefully will get a new flawless product this time.
Only one advantage is Decent sound quality. Equalizer functioning well.
Review for the product received as replacement.
1. 1,2,5,7,8,9 are still we have in this product too. Might be this is how team designed the product. Received in good packing this time. Received without any physical damage.
2. I got a new issues in this, speaker volume automatically increase and decrease for each and every second. Not able to control using mobile volume button. if you play any of the songs from mobile, volume become up and down, it will keep your phone active always. In lower volume this issue creates a carking noise. In mid level the sound quality is good.
3. Remote provided this time works fine without any issues.
4. USB mode is working in this.
In Nutshell, Nice product features but not tested properly. Launched without testing. if you have luck will get a product without any issues.
Because of the volume auto up and down issue, raised return request again.

3. MIC PROVIDED IS OF POOR QUALITY
4. TWS IS AUTO BUT NO SEPERATE BUTTON TO ENABLE OR DISABLE TWS
5. REMOTE TOO SMALL
6. TO SMALL USB CHARGER CABLE PROVIDED.
7. NO CHARGER PROVIDED FOR CHARGING SPEAKER UNIT.
8. USB “TYPE C” CHARGING IS COMMONLY USED EVERY WHERE, THIS SPEAKER HAS OLD USB TYPE CHARGING.
9. LOTS OF PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS ARE POSSIBLE, WHICH MAY BE DONE AT A COST, BUT THEN PRODUCT SALES WILL BE AT ROCKET SPEED.

I purchased this product , every thing is ok, the remote doesn’t work. It is loud but no Bass is there . Mic function is ok .
Only buy if you want loud speakers and RGB lights . I wish they could have added some Bass.

1. Guarantee card is not given
2. There is no volume control at the time of switching on the speaker. It shouts much on switching on the set.
I sent two mails regarding this but their support department is not responding till date.
3. There is no guidelines as to how to tune FM stations. I tried a lot but could not succeed.
I never expected this from a company like PTRON.
Amazon please take note of it.
I’m a regular buyer through Amazon for many years. I didn’t received such an article with worst service by the company.

Build quality is good, Sound is loud but not clear bass , it’s price point you want loud speaker plz buy. But if you’re music lover and clear sound and bass it’s not for you.
