Terrible service. Even after 5 days of receiving the product and numerous calls to their customer care, the installation hasn’t been done. Flipkart has washed its hands of any responsibility by telling that the installation will be carried out by the brand. Racold customer care representatives are incompetent who are only good at transferring calls to other representatives. The product looks all right though.\n\nUpdate – the installation is pending still.
