Product looks classy.\nColor combination is quite good.\nWater heats rapidly.\nBest in this price segment.\nInstallation is not free, you need to pay for installation and for pipes and connectors ( Approx 600 rs ).

perfect companion for the new age home ! wanted a good shower geyser with less standing loss and this fits the bill ! very good looking and perfectly goes with my bathroom ! very good shade of gold and ivory white !\nThe temperature can be controlled and the water gets heated ror a shower in perfect 8-10 minutes ! go for it ! Racold is a well knows barsnd and proves it worth yet again !

delivered ontime..but Flipkart did not place installation request..so as soon as it delivered..I myself placed the request to Racold..and installation is done less than a day….

When i was in 10th class(2004).My parents purchase a Gyser.that was our first ever gyser and the brand we purchase at that time that was racold.that gyser work for us around 17 years.\nAnd now we replace that old one with this.\nWe personally had no doubt on quality of RACOLD.\nWe are fully satisfied with gyser performance and racold service(Free installation).\nThanks

Only good to see.. the water doesn’t get heated up that much and if someone wants to do hair wash then it wouldn’t suffice and the person needs to wait for another 10mins to get the water heated up…\nThe person who came for installation didn’t know his job properly and did not do the fittings properly.. as a result the geyser is slightly bent.. moreover he fitted it at a low height when there was enough space to put it at a height..\nOverall not very happy with the product as well as the service

Flipkart service is excellent gyser is working well and all the documents delivered well… good design and great for 4 members family.. only one clearification is required that only standard installation is free the Racold installation representative has took the charges of pipe costing Rs 430/-.

Nice product. Using it for more than 15 days. Fully satisfied with the brand. It boils water in less than 10 minutes when used on full swing. Keeps it hot for hours even after switching off the equipment, means good insulation. Now planning to buy two more units of instant water heater geyser. Will update their review after using them.

The heating is very slow. I had high hopes from Racold but this is a great disappointment. Also there is no response from the customer care so they could anyway write 20 year warranty because they don’t intend to serve their customers either way. \nAlso the geyser makes a lot of noise while heating water. Raised a complaint multiple times but of no use.\n\nI would suggest you don’t waste your money on this product. Terribly disappointed by a brand that is known for geysers.

Best geyser in it class. The size is very compact and can easily fit in the society rooms where we have false ceilings in the washrooms.
