It is making lot of sound while heating the water. Complained to racold customer care. It took around 25 days for the technical team to attend to the complaint . that too after 100 times calling them everyday…\nVery poor customer support..\nFinally they told that it sounds like that if ground water is salty…but it is scary to listen those sounds while bathing.\n\nWorking of Heater is good.

I have no idea how the product is, as no one has come from the company to install it. I haven’t even opened the carton it came in! A very poor performance.
