1回も使ってないのに、壊れている。
充電されない、片耳しか接続されない。
全く使い物になりませんでした。
パチもんなんじゃないかと疑うほど。

The sound quality is good but the earpods don’t fit in ears well and keep slipping off
And after a month of use it started having connectivity issues and keeps on disconnecting
And this has been the case for a long time with me most of the razer products I bought didn’t lasted long or had issues

Within 7 months of usage, the left earpod has become defective and loses power completely within 15 mins of usage. Looking at other reviews, it seems that this problem isn’t uncommon. Very disappointing!

I’ve been using this piece for almost a month now and i got to say this is really good. It’s compact and stealth. Fits snuggly in the ears. I use the additonal cover given which makes it more fitting in the ear.
Very easy to pair with my One plus 6t and iphone 6s. The razer app for the earphones also has the tutorial to get hold of the touch features of the piece. Sound quality is good too which stands between treble and bass.
Easy to carry around with the compact charging/carry box. On one charge i got around 4-5 hours. And could do atleast 3 full charges with one charge of the case.
Latency is close to none, I’ve used couple of wireless earphones and this has the least latency with gaming and watching videos.
Overall a great product from razer.

I don’t recommend to buy this product. I don’t complain about the sound or build quality of this product.the problem is with the design of it.if u have waxy ears or sweat ears.few time buds won’t make a good connection to the contacts in the case and won’t charge and they fall easily from the ears if u have loose fit. And it don’t have active noise cancellation u can hear the sound of air if ur travelling. because of that I had to rma my product.

The product sold by seller is defective the left ear piece does not work.

Good sound quality, sleek designs as expected by razer. Only complaints are the long shipping times, it took 20 days for these to ship to me and that the sound isn’t very customisable, you can selected from; treble boosted, bass boosted and default.
After about half an hour they started to hurt my ears quite badly so I had to stop wearing them, you can wear them more out of ear but the sound sound has less bass

Solid product , just don’t buy from Amazon India. These are really expensive on amazon.in, while the real price of this is $100. Those in India, just get it via a relative or a friend outside the country.

Bought directly from the Razer store (for US $108 inc. tax), this product amazed me. The sound quality, volume level, the fit (slightly better with the earbud sleeves that come with them) and the overall functionality – all way above expectations. Razer delivers yet another fantastic product.
After initial full charge, the earbuds lasted continuous and solid 5 hours without putting them back in the case during which I also used the low-latency (gaming) mode for a little while.
Razer also developed a companion app for Android and iOS to familiarise users with the tap gestures, which is a helpful move on their part since a couple of gestures may need a little time to get used to. The earbuds also come with a nice little wrist band to attach to the case.
So, it’s a recommended buy for anyone looking for a value for money product from a trustworthy brand.
