One of best smart 32″ smart Android TV under the price segment of 10k-12k even in 2023.Although i got tv at higher price but it’s worth it.I was getting a lots of deal under this price segment and way cheaper than this but I preferred this because of brand name and renowned after sales service.Below are the some pros and cons you may relate to..
PROS-
*AUDIO quality is suberb.Sound clearity is top notch,No doubt in that.At 80-90% volume u don’t need an additional sound system.
*Screen- Amazing screen quality u can see in the pics attached.
*All modern pins and socket are given for attachment including ethernet port.
*Not to mention the slim and sexiest Remote included in it.
*Most important very quick and convenient installation service in small city like mine..kudos to mi team.
(Else everything thing like casting,wifi and different apps like Netflix hotstar all runs smoothly)
CONS
Only thing I don’t like is it ram otherwise everything is better.
*1GB RAM is there due to which sometimes it feels laggy…(once in a while)

Good quality. For extended warranty we need to pay extra amount at the time of installation. Invoice should be mailed.

after 6+ months of usage, I am writing this:
As it is android tv day by day goes on u are feeling delayed/stuck in changing options (all Android will be like this based on the company it will change), if u are using this only for cable/dish tv no need to worry. But if u consented to OTT, apps they may be a delay between ur input and output.
hotstar and Spotify work well. I experienced problems with the Zee app a lot of times.
Anti-glare is not in this tv, u see the reflection in the tv more than the visual picture if light rays are higher.
The sounds are too good. work well will Sandisk, Sony and Samsung pen drives. mirror casting on the phone will be too good but bad on the laptop. Voice recognition will be good sometimes and bad sometimes not stable. all 4k 2k visuals are clear but glare may be sometimes an issue.
