This is a good product if you are looking for a cheap alternative for decent office use. I initially had issues with updates but they have a good costumer service team. They sorted out the issue. The windows seems to be genuine but they don’t provide the codes, it is pre-installed in the system. If you want to use this for heavy gaming or editing this may not do the job for you. As it’s a preused system it has scratches here n there but it’s ok for the price u are paying. It’s a nice deal if you get it in the Amazon lightning deal.

Pros:
• Good value for money.
• All the preinstalled software work as expected.
• MS office Lic is OEM and we are not supposed to update the activated MS office otherwise we will have to verify the license.
• The activated office ver is MSoffice 2019 and all components work as expected.
• This PC is good enough for medium load use for Media, office and students.
• The PC fan is very silent, no heating issues noticed as of now.
• No software or hardware glitches noticed as of now.
Processor core i7 1.8ghz mobile 8th gen unit with 8mb L2
RAM 2400GHZ, throttled to lower fbs due to slow motherboard.
64bit Win11 Pro with OEM lic, couldn’t find the codes.

Cons:
• In my limited use (less than a week), i haven’t find any issues. I used it for downloading large files, media consumption, MS office and online gaming.
It is very responsive under low loads.
• You would need to update drivers for windows, graphics, external devices to get better user experience.
• 8th gen Core i7 is mobile processor which limited power, I think 15W. this could be USP as well given low power consumption. You can keep this box always ON.
• The desktop graphics are mediocre, i have updated drivers and was able to run 4k video but not 8k 60fps without stutter, however this isn’t deal breaker and only be noticed by high end users.
The power adaptor provided is 65w which should be at least 90w to support the high end load scenarios. I belive this throttles the whole system from cpu to memory to i/o component.

Conclusion: As an alternative to this purchase, I could have gone for refurbished Xenon processor with 4GHZ top clock speed (HP Z230) which is equivalent to i7 8th gen processor and get a desktop server with option to upgrade graphic card later, which could be a genuine poor man’s gaming PC. however, for my usage the small form factor and low power usage won over the processing power urge.
you are not going to make a wrong decision given the low price of this machine under the current discount offers for low end usage.
