Delivered as promised. Seller provided vga adapter and wlan adapter since these were not part of base CPU. Windows is genuine.

Good product and meets all specs as mentioned. Obviously only for light gaming but good for simple apps like office .adapter is not dell make and got warning which had to be disabled in boot section. But overall a great price for this specification . OS andnoffice have genuine oem licenses. Go for it for intermediate level system.👍

I received the product about 10 days ago and it’s a worth-it product to have. I love the tiny size and the capability of the refurbished desktop. The performance is seamless and I love it so far, above all warranty of 6 months is good to have.

I am completely torn with the review I am about to leave for this product. It has completely surprised me very much, both in good and bad ways.
Once the initial Windows 11 setup was complete, during the first boot Windows Defender reported finding trojans and backdoors. I have put up screenshots of Windows Defender and Virustotal reports. This is completely unacceptable as these malware (PlugX backdoor, Grenam, Korplug trojan) steal banking passwords and steal office docs like doc, docx, pptx, xlsx present in the disk.
Pre-loaded malwares in a refurbished machine could be a result of two possible reasons:
1. Refurb seller did not erase and do a clean reinstall of the OS or their Windows installation ISO itself is tainted. It could also be that they plugged in an infected USB for some reason as PlugX spreads mainly via USB.
2. Refurb seller could have purposefully installed the spyware.
I am inclined towards the first reason that it is either accidental or that their own computers are infected.
The software part got me completely disappointed. But with regards to the hardware, this piece of machine is a really good value for money. The SSD I received is practically brand new (from CrystalDiskInfo). I have a 1x16GB DDR4 RAM and so there is another free RAM slot for the future.
Since I bought this for running a home server 24×7, I would be anyway be erasing all contents of the disk and setting it up with BSD. But if you are someone, who want to use it out-of-the-box for general purpose like browsing the internet or home office, I would highly recommend to perform a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and setup a clean slate before you get started.

I bought 3 units of Optiplex 3060. Everything seems fine except the SSDs. I don’t understand why the company doesn’t use branded SSDs? I’d rather they put a smaller SSD that’s from a good brand,instead of the unreliable no-name brands that are in these mini-PCs. I’ve had to buy SSDs and replace all the existing ones.
To the Sellers: there’s no point trying to save 500 INR and putting bad SSDs into an otherwise good NUC. Just sell it for 500 INR more and use quality components, this isn’t rocket science.

Reduced one star because price went down by a thousand bucks the moment I purchased it. This comes with a confug that supports Windows 11 OS. Good to know that my father who never had hands on a PC can now watch CNBC Live everyday. Don’t use this i3 for gaming or Video editing or Graphics editing. It won’t be useful for heavy duty gaming as well. The bestest part is the RAM of 16 gb and 512 SSD harddisk. Kindly note that it took me massive 3 days to update this with Windows Updates. Turns out some big company left their office 3 years ago and wants to sell old stock. So, bottomline is Buy it. You won’t regret it. But don’t plug this into a second hand 32 inch Croma TV like I did. TV sucks too much power. This Tiny PC is not that kind of Bahubali. Purchase a second hand low power consumption monitor of 19 inch atleast. This way under 18k, you have Microsoft Office pre-installed (older version). You will have to purchase a separate WiFi dongle. Don’t go cheap here. Buy a TP-Link one that comes at around 650. So, here and there after investing another 1200 on Logitech Wireless Keyboard + M331 Super Silent Mouse, and a 19″ Monitor, I made my retired dad to work again. He now even asks me about Pivoting the Bhav copy for Stock Market 😅
