The Product contains everything that is mentioned in the Description. Processor is Intel core i5 4570 @3.2 GHz, Hard Disk is from Seagate. But couldn’t check the RAM, they’re sealed, that’s what disappointed me, because I wanted to check if they are of same frequency. So, I suggest SYNTRONIC OFFICIAL not to seal the RAM, 1 star deducted for that. Coming to the outer part, it doesn’t look new, but no scratches, overall it’s very well refurbished. Now let’s see, how long does it work seamlessly.

Mentioned processor is not given ,little lower config 3.1 ghz came,8 gb given as 2 rams with 1600,1333 hzs different models different companies, ideally it shd be same comapany same speed ones. I think can address this issue in a right way that’s why I did not opt for replace

I am writing this review after one year. The product has now become completely unusable. From the get go, the computer could not be restarted, it can never be restarted. You have to shut down and then switch it on again. First, the MS Office expired, it was a trial version. Then the HDD broke down, replaced it with an SSD. Now the video card is broken, the computer won’t switch on. It will be useful for gaming if it was a good product. It shows no value for money except for the first few weeks of happiness, where everything works fine and then one by one everything falls apart.

Eventhough it is renewed product, It looks like new branded cpu. It is very clean inside cpu. Every parts looks like new and it is working fine for me . Good work by seller

The item worked for a month satisfactorily. It developed a software problem.
The response from supplier against warranty has been very poor. In fact it is not responding to mobile calls or emails.
I do not know how to progress further to resolve the problem which I am facing.
Request Amazon to intervene and help me.
