I bought it as a replacement for my laptop is ageing. The charging adapter provided is not good. The power will be off even with a gentle touch on it. Something is wrong with the charger. I had a buy a replacement. The provided SSD is not NVME but a cheap SATA M.2 Consistent brand SSD. So had to buy a new NVME SSD as well. Also, they didn’t have the SATA SSD caddie and SATA adapter. It was entirely missing. It’s not something easily available because they are proprietary, because of this, I have to entirely depend on the NVME. Also, there is tamper sticker on both sides of the box. Not sure if they provide the service if its removed. I had to remove it to check the internals.

First of all, the packaging was perfect and neat- no complaints with that.
At the given price range the processor and the ram gives you a very good performance.
The problematic areas are the ports and the inbuilt WIFI receiver. Wifi speed dumps down so low, that you will have to purchase an additional adapter that could get the speeds up. The VGA port was faulty resulting in the flashing of a dotted line on the screen. (This I fixed by buying a display port to display port cable from amazon basics and even with that one port was faulty and the other one worked fine)
If you don’t mind spending a little more on such accessories this could be a best buy.

Oh My God and Thanks for Amazon & Seller for these awasome product.
First, I was fear, but when I use these awesome machine, I was really feel very peaceful & only for this today I did Prime Membership for Amazon, because in India. Amazon in loss & providing very good services in many products (Not all Product).
Very Good product, after 1 months full satisfaction of product.
Product Manufacature date is Jan 2018 & used in Canada. ( Wifi service issue. So, I am using LAN cable for Internet.)

1st i would hesitate to buy renewed product, i changed my mind and bought this and delivered on 19 July, i was received my PC at 2nd time order because 1st time i ordered it was missing at the logistics end. Overall product Quality and packaging was very Safe and fine.
When i see the reviews all are write not working inbuilt wifi, but its fine working for me and also comes with Bluetooth.
Extra wifi adapter also received from the seller, product performance is good since 3 days of working, thanks to IT Refurb India.

I bought this mini-PC around 2 months ago. I was a bit skeptical because quite a few reviews said that parts aren’t genuine or the device didn’t boot up for them. Thankfully I didn’t have any issues.
The product does have a local SSD and RAM, but it doesn’t have any issues. I ran the standard memory health checks in Windows as well as some disk benchmarks and the product is pretty good. I had an old SSD lying around which was faster so I did end up swapping it out. There was even a NVME port on the backside where I added another NVMe SSD. No issues in this either (although I daresay I forfeited the warranty).
Although I have the PC connected over Ethernet, I should mention that the WiFi adapter I received works fine (since quite a few comments led me to believe it wouldn’t). Windows also seems genuine (at least I haven’t received any errors in updating the OS).
All in all, satisfied with the purchase 🙂

This Mini PC is very very fast. Booting time is Approx 30 Seconds.
I have purchased 2 Qty. on Amazon from different sellers.
Lenovo Products are Good & Cost Effective. There was some issue with one product after 1 month but seller replaced the entire product under warranty just in 2-3 days.
I sent Product to Seller with own cost. Courier charges were 120/-Rs. So it was not expensive to get service under Warranty. Refurbished Products may have some issues but it is covered under given Warranty.
I recommend this product for every user who want fast and compact PC with less price. CPU can be upgraded, Storage + RAM can be increased.
MINI PC has 2 DP + VGA Ports. You get every thing of High End PC with Low cost. Best Deal !!

Feedback review after 7 days of usage. This is the first time I made a renewed PC purchase for a reasonable amount on Amazon. The Tiny PC was delivered in a good condition. One thing I noticed was that the seller itself packed this item properly. I received the PC as per displayed configuration. Lenovo is a big brand who always believes in customer satisfaction. This tiny PC is good for entertainment, and for office work and graphics designer usage. I would not use for it gaming, and but yes light mode gaming can be done. In fact, I would suggest people who want to save their money and want to have speedy pc then just go with this PC and save the money. For the people working at home, in fact, if you’re going to move around and have need of travelling for work purposes, this tiny PC is more convenient.
This Tiny PC is fairly fast due to the SSD, although you can swap the drives out for SSDs both in the SATA and NVME slots which upgradable to 2TB to give you even faster performance. There are two So-DIMM slot, occupied with 16gb ram, with a max of 32gb, so if you want to upgrade to higher and faster RAM modules, you should consider this tiny PC.
The overall build is okay and highly recommended for day to work, designers and casual video editors. Best part is look itself gives more satisfaction and desk space saver Power Machine and Money Saver too which is fun to use.

Cons: No cons as such. One expectation it would be great if internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card provided.
