Super 3rd class product total fraud its not dell and after 6 months motherboard was gone its totally waste my money but their service is not bad bcz its toooooo much bad, service centre ph no all time switch off.

We received the product very next day. Thanks to Amazon.
It was very sleek and worked well for one week. We raised a complaint to NewJaisa and they immediately send their local technician in Chennai. As he could not solve the issue, product was taken back to their Bangalore facility and returned to us in good condition. Nearly two weeks over, system is working very well.
The only concern is they took quite a long period (nearly two weeks) to solve the issue and return back the product. Otherwise everything is fine.
