The 128Micro SD card was not in the package. How do I get it?

It was returned just after 2 weeks.
This Samsung Notebook shorted out two power chargers. It does not have standard usb ports. Power problem equated to a return.

I bought this laptop based on many good reviews, but I’m very unhappy with it and regret my purchase. I would return it, but I’d lose too much money and wouldn’t be able to afford another one. This display is difficult to look at and the screen is super reflective, which bothers me. The battery also dies quickly for a laptop so new. I have to keep it plugged in if I’m going to use it more than a couple of ours. Also, it’s very difficult to use the built-in mouse on this device. The right click usually doesn’t work at all and the left click is either overly sensitive and response when I haven’t pressed it, or not sensitive enough and won’t respond until I’ve pressed it several times. There doesn’t seem to be a “sweet spot”. The main reason I chose this product was for virtual meetings but the camera on this is worse than my 15 year old HP. I don’t understand that at all. I thought it was supposed to be superiod. I seriously regret buying this device and don’t recommend it as a laptop at all.

I bought the laptop expecting a lot more based off the price but it’s just average. It looks better and runs a bit better but besides that it has nothing new going for it. Samsung added no new or interesting features that make this laptop standout. Overall unless you’re using it just for work you’ll get bored with it in a week. The pen also feels tacked on and you’ll never use it after the first time.
