I bought Samsung 6.5 kgs model. The biggest negative point, it has only 2 years warranty on both machine and motor. In contast we have company’s like ifb for same top load w. machine gives 4 years on machine and 10 years on motor and other good company gives min 5 years on motor……this is a big let down from samsung……. apart from this washing is good….and washing too, my experience suggest..,max 4kg of dry clothes is good for this machine….otherwise more than 4kg clothes drum space will be less and washing is not that good……..overall good but not best……and energy rating is only 3 star.,…,one thing I noticed there small water leak from outlet pipe, even when the normal/soak wash is underway…….I don’t know if this normal or abnormal, if anyone has the same please in the comment section\n\nRaised complaint regarding water leakage.,…the service men rectified it only on his third trip…earlier two trips didn’t cleared the issue…..now everything is working fine.

I have ordered this product after reviewing a lot of models\nFound this model to be good and worthy with price offered.\n\nAfter using the product for 2 weeks, I am sharing this review, the product has less noise while using, stains are completely removed if you are using soak feature. \n\nW.r.t. price of product, it could be little cheaper since it’s a best selling product amongst Samsung, IFB, LG within 6 kg.\n\nSamsung can introduce more color combinations in this model.\n\nIf you are a single person to a family of 4, go for this product, it’s really good.

Writing this after using it for one week very heavily. This machine is amazing and does a very good job. I used front load machine for a long time and decided to go with a top load. I was hesitant before buying, but I think I make the right choice. The wash quality is almost like a front load. \nFlipkart delivery & service was super quick. \n\nJust go for it.

After 1 month use, : 1.the interval or transition time of its wash mechanisim is very slow, it seem like the machine is stopped or malfunction. 2. The wash rotation is not so fast and not long, it do not clean much. 3. The spin speed is very low, it do not dry cloth even as ordinary Semi Auto Washing machine. it dry 60% only. 5. The water inlet lipe is too small, it take long time to fill the water even at high pressure. 6. We need a longer time than Semi Automatic Washing machine to wash clothes completely (from wash to Spin dry)

I am sharing my review after using it approx a month ..Few points to share such as you should mark your use and member in family and purpose.It is a really good machine for max 2 person in family.Size is bit small but very much worthy motor to use. Don’t go by design cause Inthis price point it is absolutely fine .Coming to performance it is reasonably good …takes different fabrics gently and do the job quite nicely .We can say the washing result outcome is pretty good descent.Yes be careful with corner colours shirts and all. other wise happy with the purchase.Less noise carry less water to use as well. Since no dryer but it has good spinning capability you can 80% of water drained out and get dried by that Just need to keep under a good sunny area for 30.mins max then the job is done.in 2 days installation has done and he has demoed the product perfectly .I quite satisfied with the purchase however my use is less once or twice in a week and happy with the motor performance . specifically it takes less space in room ..you will need a stand to carry .Better to have it.. Happy after initial 10 days.\n# Delivery and installation was smooth and perfect.\n# washing machine is easy to use. \n# great cute compact design & good value for money.\n# when u have water shortage you can save water by giving only wash or rinse program alone to reuse the water (same as in semi).\n# we won’t get dry as same in semi automatic, but u can give 15 or 30 minutes spin time extra by selecting monsoon mode in this machine.\n# worth a buy if you need a normal automatic washing machine and you won’t get disappointed.\nOverall I will give 4 1/2 ratings…

I purchased 1mnth ago and reviewing now. \nThe product is very good and worthy for money,\nIt doesn’t need stand. \nMachine washes cloth very clean and dry very neet \nSpecial thanks to service engineer who came and installed the product and gave free demo.\n\nOverall for 4 family members can use the machine. And at a time maximum 15- 20 cloths can be washed.

Giving review after 1 month used. Nice product with performance, design, time, electricity and value of money. Delivery on time. Demo as expected, called 3 to 4 times then they will come like in bangalore. Flipkart customer support was good. Overall good experience. Thank you flipkart & team.

the product is awesome. it has lot of modes. especially i like the monsoon mode and quick wash. in monsoon mode it dries the clothes to the extreme level. washing is extremely great, build quality is awesome, lot of washing options and at last it os user friendly and makes very less sound . the delivery of flipkart was awesome.one more thing ot has warranty of 10years on motor and 2years warranty on product. which flipkart does not specify. flipkart has to correct the warranty period to 10 years. warranty is for 10 years.
