Yes the tablet is good for studying it’s very productive for me but I don’t recommend this for gaming purpose eventhough the snap dragon 750 is a good midrange chipset it is slightly lagging some where so ya instead of gaming purpose this tab is good for writing with s pen and online classes, split screen usage, note taking YouTube with good sound speaker and typing with keyboard and the battery is awesome it gives me around 2 days while watching YouTube and using samsung notes.

It’s an awesome tablet, touch and stylus samsung pen is a delight, it does give apple iPad air a tough battle and is cheaper. The big screen makes it almost replace books and notes in hands, I being a doctor use it for the heavy books I wouldn’t be able to carry and read without this tablet. Notes making is easy and samsung gives to preloaded noteshelf and samsung notes which makes life easier. Its good for students. Performance wise won’t call it a beast but it does what it promises and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I faced lag only once or twice. Its speaker is really really great , specially with the Dolby on. Samsung also gives inbuilt clip studio paint and you can register and use for free for 6 months which makes it extremely useful for people who paint, do professional art

Best ever tab i have used
First of all im not a heavy user of this device i bought this for trading and to edit photos and videos and for my study purpose too
1) so my main purpose was trading, i can use trading view , zerodha, mt5 , calculator , browser all the apps i needed simultaneously it works very well there is no lag even if i use 5-6 apps at a time multi tasking feature is sooooo coool
2) display : best ever display with very bright colours and very responsive with s pen
3) charging : it takes about more than 3 hours to get fully charged and the one feature that i liked is it can also be used as a powerbank in some emergency situations it has not been mentioned anywhere when i purchased the tab
It is not dustproof so it is so evident that soo many dust on the display even if you used for some time
4) s pen : im a medical student i used to download my books as pdf and used noteshelf app to open the file which is built in on the device.. s pen is soo nice to use for highlighting , drawing on charts , notes taking , multitasking and for everything ( when compared with apple pen this is far better 1. Size is pretty cool not much bigger lyk apple pen 2. We can use pen anywhere on any app where apple pen cannot be used on all the apps 3. No need for charging the s pen 4. Dedicated switch in s pen is a nice feature )
5) video editing : 100% disappointed . This tab supports only upto 1080p and it cant be used even for making a 360p video. We can play upto 4k videos using any other apps which supports 4k like vlc but that time also it gets lag to open the file

I have been using this for three months now and as per my opinion it is very efficient tab for students the Samsung note app is amazing for note taking the s pen is also great it gives you very much experience like mechanical pen I just open lectures in spilt screen and take notes simultaneously .
There is just one fear of losing s pen 😅 because it is not available for S7 FE otherwise overall my experience with this tab has been amazing and satisfactory

Amazing Product, All the features are outstanding. Especially the S-Pen and Digital Writing. Feel like real. The only problem I have faced is the heating in the backside and I have not received any discount with Keyboard Cover Mentioned by Samsung during the Promotion!
