But the product is buggy, it stopped recognising unlocking pattern suddenly , a stupid company called knox is responsible for safety, it can’t be unlocked using finger either, can’t even reset from google account. Samsung should have provided a user friendly way to exit from this software glitch. In the first week itself I was attacked by some ransomware, I don’t know if it was the same thing that affected Chinese bankers but the problem happened in the same date. I called samsung customer care to know how to reset this tablet but they didn’t knew how to do it. I learned it from YouTube. Now everything seems okey. It needed a data cable connected to another computer to get us into a screen that allow us to reset, who on earth want to connect a ransomware infected one with another device by the way !
