The design improvement is a big step forward. Had the Fold 2 before this and the tall thin top screen is replaced by this which feels more like the front of a regular smartphone. The camera is amazing. Also 2 physical Sims and an esim (though is either Sim2 or eSIM at a time) is a huge bonus. There is also a nice task bar at the bottom to switch between apps. The only down side …. these Folds depreciate too fast. The price at which I had to sell my old one made me cry. Oh yes, no cover on this beauty.

2 things:-
1. Don’t buy this phone, inner screen goes dead and repair charges are 10k if problem with strip and otherwise 53k for screen replacement. My screen has gone black within 6 months.
2. Don’t buy from this seller as he is selling overseas product in India illegally, Samsung won’t repair the phone under warranty. You’ll have to pay for it.
Have written about the issue to Amazon and waiting for resolution, will update if Amazon sorts this out or not.

I bought z fold 4 256gb and got it delivered on December 17 2022, It has only one sim slot, and one esim, but can’t use 2 physical sim, they have mentioned 2 physical sim slot on website. The country of origin is different ,as per iemi number ,so guarantee is not available from samsung.so buying from this seller is risky.

Mark on the screen, edges have discolored, while opening the phone fold area is making a weird clicking sound.
All this within 6 months of purchase and gentle use.
Please note when I took the product to Samsung customer care, they said its an overseas product not covered under warranty in India & also out of warranty. Beware of Samsung ” they are selling products in India which are not covered under warranty in India. After lot of follow up with Samsung, their highest level of escalation reverts back with an answer that they are not responsible, it’s Amazon which is responsible for the product. Sounds strange & we have decided to file a case in consumer court against Samsung. Samsung is harassing customers & shirking from responsibility.

Purchased on November 2022…having issue with network..while calling or receiving calls..every day every calls after 5 to 10seconds its automatically gets disconnect..I thought it’s my sim problem but not turns out it’s my mobile problem..after getting frustrated then I went to service center and told them about my fold 4 network issue..when they checked and said it’s abroad version phone..we can’t help it..then I realized that I got scammed…

Even if you have minor scratches, your warranty will be void. Please use protective case else need to spend huge amount.

I have bought this phone from amazon on 17 nov 22 and after two months it shows black dot appear on screen also I have 1 year warranty on this product but when this problem arrive Samsung is refuse to replace my phone giving reason that it is an international piece and amazon is also not support for this problem said that we are not responsible and we are only mediator we can’t help you. at that time no one help me and my phone is gone wasted in just two months
guys never buy any thing from amazon its just fraud
