Sansui tv automatically restarted every 5 minutes. This tv is not good as mentioned in description of Flipkart app.

First thing first quality is indeed good.I have three connection Disc cable,JIo Setup box with HDMI & WIFI all are quite easy to navigate.
The remote itself has shortcut button for apps to toggle and switch inbetween apps
Sound quality is also okay, Dolby sound can be experience with good UID movies .
Sansui offer extended warranty for screen so better to opt to safeguard any accidental damage ,I did take extended warranty for 2 year it’s good bze I experienced with my smart tv when panel got few lines and the replacement cost was too high.
I have had good experience with Sansui with my old HD 32\

What a terrible service is being provided from both Flipkart & Sansui . This TV was delivered on Mar 17 and same was installed by next day . From the beginning itself , the remote was lagging . But i assumed that might be an issue with the remote but i was wrong . The remote has stopped working completely now . While am trying to reach out to Flipkart , being put on a never ending call . Disgusting !!!

Pen Drive more than 16 GB is not supportable, wants all data of Pen Drive in Fat32 format, once you not play pen drive than you have to switch off and than on TV to play Pen Drive data. Picture quality is so poor. Its have Automatic picture set function which fluctuate TV screen on off. Its take long time to play dish by HDMI cable. Function of this TV is very difficult to know, not an easy going Product. Conclusion is that it is totally westage for money. Another TV has very good quality in low price compare to this TV. I suggest not to purchase it.

Very bad experience.. Garbage product by Sansui. The worst brand ever. A part got some problem after 8-9 months, the service provided was late as that part was unavailable. After the completion of service it again have the same issue today. Worst product ever seen. Thinking to burn this LED along with its carton on recording mode and put that video on social media.
