Either it’s a fake product (not Sansui) or its actually not quality checked at all.
I ordered it as the company name is quite famous.It didn’t work at all so I thought might be a defective piece and replaced it.The replaced one worked for 3-4 days and then it also didn’t work.
It’s a worst product I have ordered from Amazon.

I bought this scale in November end and it stopped working in mid December already.
I changed the battery tried everything I could… but to no avail.
