Perfect pair of headphone just love it. I bought this to set my home studio.

Sound quality is great but no custom care in india. Have some issue with something but their is no customer care in india. Shure indian customer care dont even care about your problems . Definitely not for bassheads. Only issue with this is headband hurts. Get shure srh 840’s earcup that can definitely improve sound n comfort.

Sound – 4.5 Stars
Have used these headphones for around 5-10 hours since getting it, listening to different genres over the last month or so. These headphones really stand out when you are listening to Rock, Classic Rock and other alternative genres, but when you get into Hip-Hop/R&B these are still very good, but not as great as it sounds with Rock, may be the quality with other genres will get better over time, but sound wise there is very little to complain.
Build Quality – 4.25
These are very sturdy headphones, from the head band to the ear cups and the cable. But since, it is made of plastic for the most part, it does have a little “plasticy” feel to it, which you can notice a bit when you move your head with the headphones on, but it doesn’t bother too much, since the build quality is strong and doesn’t feel cheap.
Comfort – 4.5
SRH 440 feels very comfortable for longer period use, although since these are closed back headphones, lack of air circulation may cause a little discomfort after some time, especially comparing it to on-ear headphones or open back head phones like Grado 60s which I used to have. Still comfort wise these are pretty impressive.
Portability – 4.25
Size is not on the smaller size, but the folding really helps along with the nice carrying bag. Also, really a plus that the cable is detachable, but you get the coiled cable as a default, which may be great for studio use, but not for carrying these around. Although, you can buy a non-coiled Shure cable online, it is kinda expensive. Shure could have had a non-coiled version, still not that big of a deal, since these are not really meant to be portable headphones.
Overall – 4.4
Overall I found this to be a very good pair of headphones in this price range. Just go for it if can live with the coiled cable and the “plasticy” build quality, which you only feel a little bit when you are moving your head while having the headphones on.

Som muito límpido, mas o fone é muito pesado, depois de alguns minutos começa a doer o pescoço.

NO SERVICE CENTRE IN INDIA. PRODUCT NOT REFUNDABLE . REPLACEMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE OPTION.
in my opinion its a 5-7 years old product and it price should be around rs 4099/-
if you get problem in headphone after 7 days of replacement . you have package and send it to company that is based outside India.
after hours of wearing this headphone, it hurt my ears not at all comfortable. ear pads can be replaceable with softer pads. they don’t sell replacement parts.
you can reads others review as well before buying it.
if u break it after a few months you gotta spenda lotta around 4000 to repair. (that i watched in youtube)

The sure srh440 is really a great product, no any doubt. I was worried about the situation of the product, but it is genuine and original. All new condition. Thanks to the seller. I ordered a sure sm58 from the same seller. Hope next time I will have some good experience with the seller

Got the headphone today, burned them with white and pink noise for over 4hours with 30 min intervals.
Output: 7star. Completely neutral sounding headphones. They play the sounds as they were recorded. Perfect for vocals and instrumentals. I usually amp my output using a FiiO amp on FLAC format, and the output was just perfect. For the price it’s more than worth every penny spent.
Compared to AKG,Audiotechnica,Sennheiser, and Westone these fare way better for models in the similar price range and with similar driver sizes. The bass, mid tones and treble follow almost a flat line graph, which is very impressive.
Will upgrade to a better cable to get more juice out of these. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect audio experience. For best output listen to 24bit FLAC with an amp. 128to 320kbps somewhat sound shrill or muddy. Overall a great sounding can with simplicity 🙂
Bass hunters and phone listners stay away from these headphones and find some peace in Bose, Dr. Dre, skullcandy etc…
