    Service : Received damaged product (probably damaged in transit), promptly replaced by Flipkart in less than 48 hours.\nProduct: Takes a lot of time to heat a room (18X14 feet), as the thermostat is set at low level, even at knob setting at maximum. It cuts power after every 5 to 7 minutes . Perhaps 13 fins model was required.
